Orders are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. Kurve ships worldwide.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Kurve has no control over customs delays or fees.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are dispatched once production is confirmed. Your estimated dispatch window will be communicated at checkout and updated by email should timelines change.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@kurve.com with your order number. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
