Refund policy

At Kurve, every piece is crafted with an unwavering commitment to quality, precision, and the celebration of the feminine form. We stand behind each garment we produce and have designed this policy to reflect both our standards and our deep respect for you, our customer.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Kurve, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. No Refunds

All Kurve purchases are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or order placed in error. We strongly encourage all customers to consult our Size Guide prior to purchasing and to reach out to our team at hello@kurve.com should you require any assistance in selecting the right fit.

2. Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Exchanges are available for a different size or style of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.

3. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

— The request is submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

— The item is completely unworn, unwashed, and entirely free of any stains or odours.

— The protective sanitary hygiene liner is fully intact, attached, and unaltered.

— All original Kurve brand tags remain attached to the garment.

— The item is returned in its original Kurve packaging.

— Proof of purchase is provided — a valid receipt or order confirmation number is required.

— The item was not purchased during a sale, promotional event, or marked as final sale.

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost. Kurve reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with this policy.

4. Hygiene & Swimwear Notice

In accordance with hygiene regulations, swimwear may only be tried on over undergarments. Any item that shows signs of wear, has had its hygiene liner removed, or carries any odour, staining, or marks will be deemed ineligible for exchange and returned at the customer's expense.

5. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

1.  Email us at info@kurveswimwear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your requested replacement size or style.

2.  Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

3.  Ship your item back to us using a trackable postal service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4.  Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange order will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.

Please note: Kurve is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. We recommend retaining proof of postage.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@kurve.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and endeavour to resolve the matter promptly, either through an exchange or, at our sole discretion, store credit.

7. Pre-Order Policy

Orders placed during a pre-order period are subject to the same exchange policy outlined above. The 14-day exchange window commences from the date of confirmed delivery, not the date of purchase. Pre-order customers will be notified of any changes to estimated dispatch timelines via email.
