Returns & Exchanges
At Kurve, every piece is crafted with an unwavering commitment to quality, precision, and the celebration of the feminine form. We stand behind each garment we produce, and this policy reflects both our standards and our respect for you, our customer.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Kurve, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds, No Returns
All Kurve purchases are final. We do not accept returns and do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or an order placed in error. We offer exchanges only, as outlined below. We strongly encourage all customers to consult our Size Guide prior to purchasing, or to contact our team at info@kurveswimwear.com for fit assistance before ordering.
2. Exchange Window & Eligibility
We are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, for a different size or style of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability. To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
— The request is submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
— The item is completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odours.
— The protective hygiene liner is fully intact, attached, and unaltered.
— All original Kurve brand tags remain attached to the garment.
— The item is returned in its original Kurve packaging.
— Proof of purchase — a valid receipt or order confirmation number — is provided.
— The item was not purchased during a sale, promotional event, or marked as final sale.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost. Kurve reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with this policy.
3. Hygiene & Swimwear Notice
In accordance with hygiene regulations, swimwear may only be tried on over undergarments. Any item that shows signs of wear, has had its hygiene liner removed, or carries any odour, staining, or marks will be deemed ineligible for exchange and returned at the customer's expense.
4. How to Request an Exchange
1. Email info@kurveswimwear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your requested replacement size or style.
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide instructions for sending your item back to us.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
5. Return Shipping Arrangements
Hong Kong (Domestic Customers)
For customers in Hong Kong, Kurve covers the cost of shipping your item back to us via SF Return. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a return reference for either self-service drop-off at an SF Store or EF Locker, or an SF Express door-to-door pickup. No payment is required from you at drop-off or pickup — the cost is billed directly to Kurve.
International Customers
For customers outside Hong Kong, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable postal service and retain proof of postage. Kurve is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kurveswimwear.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and endeavour to resolve the matter promptly, either through an exchange or, at our sole discretion, store credit. In these cases, Kurve covers all return shipping costs regardless of location.
7. Pre-Order Policy
Orders placed during a pre-order period are subject to the same exchange policy outlined above. The 14-day exchange window commences from the date of confirmed delivery, not the date of purchase. Pre-order customers will be notified of any changes to estimated dispatch timelines via email.
